A bit of our story

Founded in 2021

Brix Co. was born out of our passion for nature.
In 2021, we acquired one of our uncles’ maple groves, with 32,000 taps, after having already taken over our grandfather’s grove of 8,500 taps in 2019. In 2025, we added another 23,000 taps, bringing our total to more than 63,500.
